Wizard 2024 Abstract Submission

Wizard is in-person only this year at the Doubletree by Hilton Syracuse | Tuesday, November 12 to Thursday November 14, 2024.

Please include a detailed presentation description to help us place it in the appropriate track. There will be 3 concurrent sessions (4 if needed).

Presenters: Please bring your own laptop for your presentation.

After filling out the form, please click the Submit button at the bottom! We will follow up with you if more information is needed.

Abstracts should be submitted by September 30th, 2024.
Submission reviews will take place from October 1 - 10th, 2024.
Abstract acceptance emails will be sent out approximately, October 15, 2024.
